After coming back from a mission where Boss had to extract another couple people, he finds out that there was a parasite outbreak back at Mother Base. So, he needed to try and figure out the commonality between them in order to quarantine the rest of the crew that fits in that criteria. Then another mission with more extractions. Nothing else new there.
