Now, we make our way to Cerulean City to take on Misty. However, she’s not at the gym. Not to mention the fact that the Power Plant, east of Cerulean, isn’t creating any power. So, naturally, we need to go fix that before anything. Once all that is resolved, THEN we can take on Misty, or Artist Jasmine.
