It turns out, we’re not exactly the most welcome people in the Benten Inn. Naturally, we need to fight our way up. However, Makoto isn’t there. Someone else picked her up. That person is, Kiryu. Then we switch to Kiryu running through Sotenbori, which is a unique sight.
