Apparently this takes place pretty soon after Shantae: Risky’s Revenge. Shantae has no powers when the Ammo Baron starts to attack Scuttle Town. As the town’s Guardian, we have to defend it. But, since the Ammo Baron runs the town, we get put under house arrest. But, Risky captures us to get back at us for the last game. There’s a lot that happened…
