Heading back to the hideout where we find Minami, who lets us know that Majima wants to meet up with us. Kido is still hanging around and offers to help us out to get to the Millennium Tower in order to meet with Majima. However, before we do that, we have to try and clear Tadashi’s debt. Oh, and also some other side missions.
