It turns out that Katsuragi, the captain of the Ueno Seiwa Clan, had a meeting with Diago and the rest of the Tojo Clan about the murder of Ihara and how the tension can be put to rest. To lighten the tension, Akiyama takes Lily out to get a makeover for her set up since she’ll be working in his club. While Lily is out getting her hair and makeup done, we head to Sky Finance to meet with some more people.
