No, this isn’t the F-Zero track for Mute City. This track is for the remix that was made for Mario Kart 8. I have to say, the saxophone they added to this track gives it a strangely interesting sound that I would have never thought to add to the original Mute City soundtrack. But, I love that the composer decided to add it. It’s a great sound!
